Two ingredient Lemon Bars. 1 box angel food cake mix 2 (15oz) cans lemon pie filling. Fold dry cake mix and cans of pie filling together in large bowl. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until top is starting to brown. If bringing to a party, sprinkle with powdered sugar right before you leave, and don't layer them on top of each other as they're very gooey!
Lemon Lush - This was so delicious! I decided to make a graham cracker crust instead of a flour/butter crust and I also used a canned lemon pie filling instead of a pudding mix, Very nice lemon flavor, balanced with the cream cheese.
Lemon Cake Cookies 1 box lemon cake mix 2c cool whip 1 egg 10x confectioner's sugar Mix first three ingredients in a large bowl. Drop by spoonfuls in to confectioner's sugar, roll to coat. Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350. The bottoms should be slightly browned- the tops may look a bit doughy, but will set up as they cool.
