Red potatoes cubed with skin left on, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, coated with a package of zesty Italian dressing mix and stir to coat, add minced onion for flavor, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Ranch Potatoes- 8-10 medium potatoes, 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken), 1 1/2 cup milk, 1 envelope ranch dressing mix, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper and 6 bacon slices.
Sliced baked potatoes...yum! Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (Can also do in Microwave for 6 plus minutes) Brush both side of potato slices with butter; place them on a cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated 400 degrees F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. When potatoes are ready, top with bacon, cheese, green onion; continue baking until the cheese has melted; Add a dollop of sour cream when done and enjoy!!
Your New Favorite Way to Cook Potatoes Slice whole potatoes aaalmost all the way through, so that the slices are all still attached at the bottom of the potato. Drizzle with olive oil and your favorites potato seasonings…bake for about 40 minutes at 425 F.. …and voila! Awesome baked potato slices.
Roasted Red Potatoes (425* for 30 minutes) Dice them up into 1/2 inch squares, toss them with salt, pepper, olive oil, a little lemon juice and chopped rosemary. (These were fabulous, cook directly on sheet pan - no foil lining the pan because they stuck and didn't get crispy)
