These would be great in the summer with all the extra tomatoes from the garden and all ... also might be a cool brunch thing for the Father's Day Brunch at Church too... providing I can get the oven (at Church) to use without pushing others out of the way...since the setting for this recipe is so high....anyway, can't wait to try it!
