Glastonbury Abbey ruins, Glastonbury, Somerset, England. From at least the 12th century the Glastonbury area was frequently associated with the legend of King Arthur, a connection promoted by medieval monks who asserted that Glastonbury was Avalon. Christian legends have also claimed that the abbey was founded by Joseph of Arimathea in the 1st century.

Tintagel, home of King Arthur. This spectacular place is really worth a visit. Beautiful nature and breathtaking views.

Glastonbury Abbey Ruins, England- This was one of my favorite places to see in all of England. The supposed burial place of King Arthur himself! The entire town is lovely.
