Baked Ziti--this is the most flavorful baked ziti recipe we have had. Tastes like lasagna without all the work. I followed the recipe almost exactly---spiced up the spag. sauce/sausage mizture with fennel and some italian seasoning. I also poured about a cup of this mixture into my greased pan before adding the noodles to ensure I didnt have a "sticking" issue. GREAT GREAT GREAT....easy too!! Could add spinach and mushrooms to up the nutritional value.
