Chicken Teriyaki. I cooked this March 28 2012. It was soooo good. We ate our plates and my hubby went to the kitchen and said "no more chicken?" I felt bad, next time I'll cook more. I used vodka and red wine vinegar instead of sake and rice wine and used cut up chicken breast instead of thighs. I also let it marinate for 45 minutes instead of 20 min. Very good. Defiantly will make this again!

Seriously, this is so good. I have made it many times, it works great as a freezer meal, or to give away, serve with rice and it's a pretty easy dinner.

Hawaiian Chicken - I baked instead of grilled and didn't use the butter. Delicious with pineapple rice!

Teriyaki Chicken- Hawaiian Style...Our good friend Kalani cooks the best Hawaiian food so I bugged my husband to get the recipes from him. This recipe for teriyaki chicken is from Kalani and it's hands down my FAVORITE teriyaki chicken recipe, it's just so unbelievably good! Did I mention that I love this recipe?!?!

Crock Pot Chicken Terriyaki: 1lb chicken (sliced, cubed or however), 1c chicken broth, 1/2c terriyaki or soy sauce, 1/3c brown sugar, 3minced garlic cloves. Cook on low heat 6 hours. For thicker sauce: remove from crockpot and place in sauce pan. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

This marinade for Hawaiian BBQ will make you dream of being on the islands.
