Shoe presentation. Or just presentation... sometimes shoes, sometimes purses, sometimes tea pots. Remember, Perceived Value. If only I had a place to put this! DIY entryway storage; Join tower-style bookcases to mimic the look of custom built-ins. Set a wall cabinet on the floor as a seat and connect the towers with a shelf and wall-mount hooks. Install file bins to sort incoming and outgoing mail and hang a mirror for a quick primp before heading out the door - I WANT this in a house someday!!
in narrow entryway - skip the shelf/bench portion and just use a ledge for art and hooks for necessities. Add in some sort of short-drop ORB fixture and a front door swap with a larger window --or maybe go nuts and increase the height of the door frame and add a transom!
9. Stick-on storage. These kind of remind me of organizers for your high school locker, but I love the effect! Small things can easily be knocked around inside a shallow vanity mirror, but StickOnPods utilizes the door side to keep lipsticks and toothbrushes safe and secure.
