    Dutch Oven Frito Pie Burrito Recipe Recipe Ingredients: 2 lbs of ground beef 2 small onions, diced 1 15-ounce can of tomato sauce 2 cans kidney beans or chili beans 1 Lg bag of Fritos 1 bag of shredded cheese (taco flavor is good!) salt, pepper, garlic salt, chili powder to taste 2-3 pkgs of flour tortillas 1 can corn sour cream (optional) lettuce (optional) Cooking instructions: Following the Dutch Oven directions, brown ground beef with onions and salt and pepper. When cooking is completed, drain beef. Spread a generous layer of Fritos on the bottom of the Dutch Oven, reserving some for later. Top the Frito layer with drained beef. In a separate bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, beans and corn. Add spices to taste. Pour mix over beef layer. Cook for approximately 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Spoon into flour tortillas and sprinkle cheese on top . Add lettuce and sour cream, if desired. Roll up and enjoy! Feeds about 8 hungry people.
