Rhubarb Iced tea from Martha Stewart. 8 stalks of Rhubarb, 8 cups water, boil 1 hour, strain, add 1/3 c sugar. One commenter suggested to add lemon or orange zest too.

Love coffee... the handle of this cup sillhouettes a heart :)
