I have only had corn chowder once, at our good friends @Tami Arnold Glendenning . I thought of it the other day when I bought fresh corn from a farmer on the side of a back road. This recipe with the potatoes looks yummy!
fresh corn salad. so crisp and refreshing. you can also substitute the basil for cilantro, add beans, jalapeño, and lime juice (substitute for the vinegar) for a more "mexican" twist and make it a salsa or dip.
