    Chicken and Bean Burritos

    1 cup Rotisserie chicken


    1 Avocado
    1 15 -ounce can Black beans
    1/2 lb Butternut squash, frozen
    1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 cup Grape tomatoes
    1/4 cup Pickled jalapeno peppers

    Pasta & Grains

    1/2 cup Brown rice

    Baking & Spices

    1 Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

    Bread & Baked Goods

    4 8 -inch whole-wheat tortillas, whole-wheat


    1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, reduced-fat
    1 Yogurt or sour cream, Plain low-fat
