1/4 cup Flat-leaf parsley, fresh
1/4 tsp Ginger, ground

1/2 Yellow onion, medium
1 lb Yukon gold potatoes

1 tbsp Tomato paste

1/4 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
