Vodka sauce...I used this as a guide but modified it. This is what I changed. 2/3 cup of vodka 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup of grated cheese I also let the vodka cook off a little longer. Once I stirred in the heavy cream, I transferred the sauce to a blender to purée it. Then back to the pan to simmer for a few more minutes.
