How to have a lovely day... Smile at strangers. Slow down. Say thank you. Give lots of compliments. Dress nicely. Observe and listen. Be charming. Laugh. Wish people a lovely day. The only one I question is wearing perfume - if it makes you happy, do it, but do it sparingly. Please!

Feeling sad? Smile, all by yourself, you'll feel much better... :) #Smile #Laugh #Therapy

I have to remember what a wonderful person I am, it's hard sometimes when I'm overlooked and misunderstood, but I know it is true or I would not be blessed with my husband, children and family as I am!!

What difficult thing(s) have you had to let go of? What helped, or would have helped, make it a little easier? You thought is was real; and it was real at that time. Be gentle with yourself.

“I urge you to please notice when you are happy, and exclaim or murmur or think at some point, ‘If this isn’t nice, I don’t know what is’.”- Kurt Vonnegut
