My version of the DIY liquid soap- Ingredients - 8 oz bar of your favorite soap. 2 Tbsp of Liquid Glycerin (I found it at CVS) and 1 gallon of water. Grate the entire bar of soap with a cheese grater, fill a large pot with 1 gallon of water, add in the soap shavings, then add the glycerin. Turn the heat to medium and stir until the soap dissolves. Let it cool, takes about 10-12 hours, then blend it with a beater until it is the consistency of Liquid Soap. It is also the same consistency as snot, which sounds gross, but the kids had a great time playing with it! Good clean fun. I got over a gallon of Liquid handsoap for less than $2!!
