Alton Brown Method of Hard-Cooking Eggs - 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Post says "Baked eggs are better because they are less sulfurous (smelly) and the texture of the finished eggs is creamier."- worth a try for sure!

Homemade yogurt. Apparently really easy to make and you can control what goes into it. I think I'll make this and sweeten it with agave nectar or fresh fruit.

no way! Homemade Wonton Wrappers: 1 egg, 1/3 c. water, 2 c. all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp. salt.  I end up throwing out at least half of these when I buy them, and they are not cheap! @Felicia Houle Maes Meers

WE ARE OBSESSED WITH THIS! Marshmallow popcorn! my favorite!   3 bags popcorn (pop and take out extra kernels)  2 sticks of butter 16 oz bag of marshmallows 1 cup brown sugar  Microwave butter, marshmallows, and brown sugar for 2 1/2 min. Take out and stir. Microwave again for 1 min. Repeat until thin sauce. When done pour over popcorn and mix. YUM!

Making Yogurt--scald at 185-195. Cool to 110-120 before adding the starter/cup of yogurt.
