Come Look with Me: Enjoying Art with Children (Come Look with Me) (World of Art)

100 Best Children's Books of All-Time. Are your favorites on the list? -there are some of my favs!

These picture books about art are a great way to expose kids to famous works of art , the lives of artists and even to a little geography all without having to leave your house (or classroom!). From children ages 4 to 12+, there's a book for everyone in this selection!

Los libros infantiles que hablan sobre artistas, ya sean pintores, escultores, músicos, etc., son una herramienta muy útil para introducir y sensibilizar a los niños en el maravilloso mundo del arte.

art book for kids... ok this bothers me, the sculpture on the front is an image of "La grande vitesse" in Grand Rapids, MI; yet, the book is set in England and Chicago about Alexander Calder's work "The Minotaur" which does not exist. The book could have easily portrayed "The Flamingo" a real sculpture in Chicago by Calder, or been set in Grand Rapids. I'm disappointed Scholastic books...

The Tale of Despereaux - Another that is a great audio for younger boys, it "Being the Story of a Mouse, a Princess, Some Soup and a Spool of Thread."
