melted crayon art (requires candle & Close supervision) My kids loved it - but it took a long time :) made cute flags on canvas. (my 7 year old finished hers - 5 year old left me to finish :) Not really for small or broken crayons. Longer is good.

Card Board or cardstock Oldish Crayons Candle (and lighter or matches) Pencil Since we were using board canvas, draw a picture we lightly drew our designs on the canvas with pencil. Adults only: Then with candle melt crayon and fill in space. This would be great to teach numbers or letters kids can feel. (when cooled)
