This pumpkin fluff recipe only needs 3 ingredients: canned pumpkin, cool whip, and sugar-free vanilla instant pudding. Almost too easy, isn't it? Did I mention it's just 2 WW points per serving?

Pumpkin Fluff ~ I've been hearing people talk about this. You mix in a box of vanilla instant pudding (I prefer the non-sugar free kind), with a can of pumpkin and then fold in the cool whip. Easy as pie and tastes so good

FALL DIP  (Cool Whip, vanilla pudding mix, and a can of pumpkin)   1 – 15 oz can of pumpkin  1- 5 oz box of instant vanilla pudding  1-16 oz container of cool whip  1 – small pumpkin  1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice  1/2 tbsp cinnamon   Mix it all together and chill for several hours.  Put the dip in the pumpkin and sprinkle with cinnamon.  Serve with apples, Nilla wafers or graham crackers.
