This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.
Although potato chips are a favorite treat, the guilt in eating them quickly takes away the fun and enjoyment. This recipe might do the trick with baked chips instead of fried and sweet potatoes to boot! Add garlic and rosemary and it sounds like the perfect personal or party snack.
Made this using fresh mozzarella balls from Trader Joe's (don't remember the name, but they were in a tub with olive oil, basil and some spices). 3 zuchinni 3 yellow squash 1 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper 3 tablespoons olive oil Peel vegetables and slice into ¼ inch thick slices Assemble vegetables to your preferred dish and drizzle olive oil on top.
