Eggy Cups! cut circle out of slice of bread, using cookie cutter or drinking glass; wrap piece of bacon around outside of bread, place in greased muffin tin. sprinkle grated cheese on bread, top with one egg. bake in oven till egg is the way you want it and bacon is crisp.
Baked Egg Cups 12 Eggs 12 thin slices of deli ham (round) 1/2 Cup of your favorite cheese (I used Parmesan) 1/2 Cup diced scallions Fresh cracked Sea Salt and Pepper Preheat the oven to 400. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Lay a piece of ham in each hole creating a little ham cup. Crack one egg into each hole and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Egg drop breakfast. Saute onions and tomatoes, add ham or bacon, salt and pepper, grated cheese. Put in ramekin. Crack an egg on top. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. I tried these the other day and they were awsome . Good for a bunch of people becaue they cook at the same time. (It's like having an individual omlet!) - sub veggies - vegetarian
