Cinnamon Roll Bites. Open a 12-oz can of biscuits; cut each into fourths. Toss to coat pieces in a mixture of 1/4C brown sugar + 1T cinnamon. Spread in baking dish. Pour on 3T melted butter. Bake 20-25 min. Make glaze with 1C powdered sugar, 2T melted butter, 1T vanilla, 1-2T milk. Mix till smooth. Pour over slightly cooled biscuits.
Easy Monkey Bread --- 1 can pilsbury grands buttermilk biscuits cut into 6 pieces each. Toss in a ziploc back with 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tap cinnamon. Melt 2 sticks butter and mix in 1/2 cup brown sugar. Pour half that mixture in bundt pan pan, add biscuits, pour rest of butter mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 28-30 mins (till golden) and cool for a minute. Flip onto a plate and serve!
