red wine & garlic mushrooms; 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2-3 cloves minced garlic, ¼ cup red wine, 16 oz. mushrooms (I used cremini, but you can use whatever kind you want), 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley. -- Impressive & very tasty side dish the next time you throw a couple of rib eyes on the grill!
This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband sayshe would rather eat this than fries. I put a few tbsp of olive oil in aziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Thenspread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic
Best Broccoli ever!! Just need broccoli, sea salt, olive oil, pepper, parmesan cheese, garlic and lemon. Preheat oven to 425. Toss cut, dry broccoli in enough olive to lightly coat each piece. Add a bit of minced garlic. Toss together. Spread single layer on baking sheet. Add salt & pepper. Bake 20-25 minutes. Squeeze lemon over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
