Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire | I absolutely loved this book. (the rest of the series I just liked). Note: this book is considerably darker and more grown-up than The Wizard of Oz, and even the musical Wicked. Also, the plot's different from the musical in some key spots.

Who's afraid of the Wicked Witch? Most favorite book ever.

The real story of Elphaba the witch of OZ. A really good book, The story before Dorthy went OZ. She really was not wicked at all! The musical was amazing!!!! <3 da
