Chicago Chicken - 1 jalapeno Juice of 1 lemon (3 Tbsp) 1 Tbsp dried oregano 3 Tbsp olive oil 3 cloves of garlic, minced 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast -Combine first 5 ingredients in the food processor. Pulse until combined and jalapeno is finely diced. Pour into a ziplock bag, add chicken. Toss to coat. Let marinate in refrigerator overnight and then grill.
Creamy Grilled Chicken Piccata! OMG!!!! This is probably THE best pasta dish I have made. I can confidently say, I would've thought Olive Garden served me this dish! :) One of my favorites! For those of you who aren't pasta eaters, the chicken by itself is delicious!
