Kids' Party Idea: Scoop ice cream into baking cups before the party and put in the freezer. When cake is served bring out the pre-made scoops. This is genius! And such a time saver.

Great idea!! Make cake time less of a hassel. I did this for my son's 4th birthday party and it was fantastic! The night or morning prior to the party; take ice cream out of the freezer and allow to soften on your kitchen counter for 8 to 15 minutes (time will vary slightly depending on type - ice cream/frozen yogurt/sherbert etc.) Line muffin tin with cupcake liners and scoop ice cream into the liners. Cover with plastic wrap and return to freezeer until party time!

Scoop out ice cream into cupcake liners before a party, and keep in the freezer... Definitely did this for the party today and it made cake-cutting time go so much smoother. I do recommend the foil cupcake liners, though. And you don't need to use the cupcake pan.

Use clear plastic cups for packaging individual cupcakes (perfect for a bake sale, table favor, or gift). This is so smart!

A game-changing way to cut cake: Use a long, sharp knife to cut a smaller circle inside the larger one. Cut the outer ring into wedges, then cut the remaining, smaller cake as you normally would, like a pizza.

Another reason to invest in muffin tins...'cause ya know I won't bake muffins lol
