cute birthday morning surprise - I did this, instead of the crepe paper you tear through, for my daughter who shares a room. I KNEW she would not be the first one out the door, and this could be enjoyed by her (and her sisters) all day.
Make a child's birthday extra fun. For each year of their age, blow up a balloon with a dollar bill in it. Let them pop the balloons and watch their $$ flutter down.
YES PLEASE Money Balloons - a cool way to present money as a gift, esp for a young person (as opposed to a boring check in a card). I have a friend whose parents blow up a balloon and put a one dollar bill in it and have the number of balloons for how old their kid is on their birthday and then after they open their presents they can pop open the balloon and get their $. very cute.
Send or deliver a box full of balloons to a child you love. Fill each balloon with a little love note, joke, dollar or other treat. She’s Crafty came up with the idea to send her nephew 20 $1 bills in balloons for his birthday, but I also think it would be great fun with other things besides just cash, and to do it “just because” for a child (or two or three!) who could use a fun surprise.
Did it! Made one for an Activity Day girl who recently moved away. I had all the girls sign the balloon. They loved it, and the little girl loved it, and appreciated being remembered. Also, cute idea to send to grandmas from wee ones, or cousins for b-days.
