Reuben Dip for St. Patrick's day 1 cup corned beef (Carl Buddig) chopped 1 cup grated Swiss cheese 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 cup sauerkraut (drained) 1 cup mayo (I used Hellman’s Light) Mix together in a crock pot and heat until bubbly. Serve with rye crackers (Beth likes triscuits!)(and I like toasted pumpernickel cocktail bread)
Baked Sweet Onion Cheddar Dip - another pinner wrote "This has been a real hit gatherings! Made a double batch for a meeting last week & I went home with an empty dish, I left out the Tabasco & curry (personal preference) & added some garlic.
1small can drained crushed pineapple, 12 oz softened cream cheese, 2-3 chopped green onions, 4 slices diced good deli ham. Combine all well. Wet hands and form into a ball (or 2 smaller ones) and roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in sat am wrap, then foil tightly. Keep in fridge.
