Chai Oats: 1 C steel-cut oats, 1 C almond milk, 2 T ground flax, 1/4 t cardamom, 1/4 t cinnamon, 1/4 t vanilla extract, 1/4 t ground ginger, 1/4 t nutmeg, 1 T maple syrup (optional toppings: shredded coconut, pecans, almonds, toasted hazelnuts). Mix, pour into jars and put in the fridge. No cooking necessary.
