Carrot Cake Poke Cake _ The topping is a little special: it’s a sweet whipped combo of cream cheese, cool whip, & cool whip frosting. It’s topped with caramel sauce & chopped pecans, like any decent carrot cake should be!
BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT: So good. Make sure the crust is completely cool before adding the pudding layer. Also I used real whipping cream instead of the frozen whipped topping the recipe calls for. I just whip up some cream and then measure it out. I think the fresh whipped cream tastes a whole lot better.
