The Stay At Home Chef: Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Wrap

This recipe has a great base for a quiche! Once you get the hang of making quiche the possabilities are endless! Experiment with cheeses and veggies and you always have a new and exciting dish for any season. Also, I cheat and buy store bought crust when I'm in a pinch and I make at least 2, 1 to eat now and one to freaze and eat later.

This looks amazing! And I just adore pasta!!
