Carla's Buttermilk Pie - NOTES: Made it 8.25.14 and it was very nice but a little sweet. Will reduce by 1/4 cup sugar next time. Also think this would be an amazing base for a strawberry topped pie or to mix coconut into for a coconut cream pie! Made with my best whipped cream recipe ever - 16oz heavy whipping cream, 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 heaping teaspoon vanilla paste - tasted like custard
