    This chocolate cupcake is not only moist and delicious but they are good for you! They are packed with black beans and we use a widely available gluten free oat flour to replace the flour so they are 100% gluten free as well.

    Ingredients: 15 ounces black beans 1/4 cup raw agave nectar 18 packets stevia 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoon instant espresso powder 1/4 cup Fage 0% fat free greek yogurt 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoons oat flour 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 egg whites, beaten until stiff 5 tablespoons fat free cream cheese 5 tablespoons vanilla flavor sugar free, fat free pudding (such as Jello) 96 mini dark chocolate chips Another recipe, that is even more protein packed and less sugar!
