      WW Buffalo Chicken Bites 3 pts for 5 ~ 8 oz chicken breast (cook - shred), 1/4 to 1/2 C hot sauce, 3 oz fat free cream cheese (soft), 1/3 C green onions, 2 C Corn Flakes (crush), 1/2 C egg substitute, 1/2 C wheat flour ~~~ Oven 350?F. ~ Line baking sheet - parchment paper ~ Bowl: mix chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, green onions ~ Roll mix in 1-1 1/2" balls - place onto a plate or separate baking sheet. ~ 30 balls. Dip in flour. Then in egg. Then in cereal. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
