Umm... if you have a door that cool, why wouldn't you use it in your house? Seems like you would have to buy it at a flea market specifically for this purpose, and fancy vintage doors can be crazy expensive! (They do have some other cool ideas on this page, though). Visit JennyCooper.org to see my own take on upcycling, plus a whole bunch more upcycling projects from around the web!
DIY Vintage Door Beverage Bar Station...make a summer/fall outdoor beverage station from a vintage door and old spindles. Instructions included. Also a great addition to a picnic table for a drink station OR a place to sit extra plates of food- since we don't drink I can think of a thousand uses other than a bar- love the idea though!
I stole this idea from this blog: http://staceyembracingchange.blogspot.com/2011/06/old-doors-rock-my-world-unique-outdoor.html I really want to find an old door and make a picnic table for our back porch!
Hall Tree built for our house made from two old doors we found at an antique shop. The cutouts were from ugly vents that were in the original doors. We substituted chicken wire to hang pics on one side and chalkboard on the other door.
