Eggy Cups! cut circle out of slice of bread, using cookie cutter or drinking glass; wrap piece of bacon around outside of bread, place in greased muffin tin. sprinkle grated cheese on bread, top with one egg. bake in oven till egg is the way you want it and bacon is crisp.
you throw whatever you have handy, favorite cheese, and add just enough egg whites (or regular eggs) to cover whatever you decided Bake at 350˚ until the egg have puffed up and the whole thing barely jiggles I used a 6″ oval ramekin and the eggs took a little over 30 minutes. My go to time is always 20 minutes and then check every couple of minutes or so until the eggs are set.
Weekend Biscuit Egg Casserole. Serve this breakfast casserole for company, and it'll be a hit every time. It takes little effort and can even be prepared (baked) and frozen days ahead of time. Just simply remove from freezer the night before serving and place in fridge to defrost overnight. Reheat prior to serving.
