How To Make "Skinny" Cakes, Cookies & Brownies

Combine 1 boxed cake mix, 1 cup plain greek yogurt and 1 cup water. Mix together and bake according to directions on the cake mix box. Works best with Devil’s Food Cake mix, but experiment! The texture is similar to a cross between a cake and a brownie. Use a 9 x 9 inch pan for a thicker cake. Makes 12 servings at approximately 180 calories each.

Asparagus and Soft Eggs on Toast

Asparagus and Soft Eggs on Toast - use sprouted grain bread, 1 egg per serving, and skip the Parm to make a super Phase 3 breakfast this weekend. (Serve with a fruit)

ITS 0 POINTS PLUS!! Genius! 123 Cake. You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single cake
