Mango Lassi Pops: 1 1/3 c THICK Greek Yogurt 11.3 oz. can Mango Nectar Concentrate 1 ripe mango, peelchop (about 1 1/2 c), 1/2 c sugar,1/4 tsp. ground cardamom, 1 Tb. chop crystallized ginger, 1/2 c chopped pistachios. Whole Wheat Crackers w/ Rosemary

whole wheat crackers~ 3 cups whole wheat flour 1 ¼ cups plain yogurt 1 ½ teaspoon sea salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 8 tablespoons of melted butter, divided 1 teaspoon dried rosemary.~Combine the flour and yogurt. Let the flour mixture sit on the counter for 12-24 hours. Combine 6T butter and rest, process til combined, may use hands. Roll on very floured surface 1/8". Bake on lightly butttered sheet. Brush remaining butter on crackers. Cookie cutter. 300 degrees 10-15 min.
