Pumpkin French Toast - This is the perfect Fall breakfast! My family loved it and it's so easy to make! It's also a great recipe to keep on hand for that extra 1/2 c pumpkin you have from other Fall baking.
Quiche Cups - Crack a dozen eggs in a large bowl and whatever else you want (veggies, meat, cheese...), along with a couple tablespoons milk, and any seasoning you want. Wisk and distribute into 1/2 to 2/3 full muffin wells. Bake at 350 for about 30 min. and enjoy all week.
OLD FASHIONED PANCAKES. I didn't know pancakes could taste like this. I will never buy boxed mix again, as this is so easy! Stir together wet dry ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup batter over skillet on medium heat. Flip when bubbly and serve.
