MOTIVATION: embrace the hard.    “It’s hard” is no excuse. “It might hurt,” or “I’ll be sore,” are also not accepted. When you’re at the bottom of a hill looking up and you see an obstacle of challenge or pain in your way, do not walk away. Face it head on. Embrace it. Get tangled in it. Enjoy the pain that is temporary. That pain is a reminder of your accomplishment. It’s a reminder that you’ll heal stronger, better, improved.
