Love this!!! This reminds me of my gram for no rhyme nor reason... it just does.

Wisteria, my favorite flowering climber, have planted many over the years, never had the pleasure of watching them mature and flower. The scent of wisteria blooms in spring evokes such nostalgia for my childhood, yes youth is wasted on the young lol

Petals perfume the path you take, on your way to the lilac lake. Faeries dance inside this place. Silken, sun drenched, sacred space. Singing swans sweetly swoon, velvet violets beneath the moon. ~DMB

I have two of these vines and want them to grow to look like this. So Lovely! But so far they are just barely hanging in there, with leaves turning yellow. What do they need? Help if anyone knows. tyvm

Someone told me you have to keep cutting them back in order to get blooms once they are established. Sounds like too much water if the leaves are yellow. Mine go crazy blooming. Good luck.

My dogs eat the vines. Lol it causes the plant to bloom like crazy! Not sure why they like to chew on them! I love this plant. It's the center of my backyard and is heavenly!

Mine has bloomed and now all the leaves are coming on thick and we will have to start cutting it back. We'll have some blooms throughout the summer though. We just got a fair rain and it helped everything get greener. Hope your wisteria starts taking off and growing. Good luck.

Not trying to be negative, but I believe Wisteria can be toxic to pets!! Don't let your doggies eat it anymore!

Yellowing leaves in trees/shrubs is often a sign of an iron deficiency in the soil. When fertilizing, get a specific tree and shrub fertilizer w/ iron in it. It should help yellowing!

Hanham Court, photo by iandjbannerman - The formal gardens have luscious borders of old roses, tree peonies and lilies. An amazing woodland garden with a running stream, pool, snowdrops, magnolias, ferns and the iconic Bannerman stumpery. Beyond the walls lies a downland of wild flower meadows overlooking the River Avon, and an orchard. To the West of the garden is a working vegetable and kitchen garden.
