Crockpot Apple Crisp: 4-5 c. sliced apples; 1 c. oats; 1 1/2 c. flour; 1 c. packed brown sugar; 1/2 c. sugar; 1 T. cinnamon; 3/4 c. butter. Spray crockpot with nonstick spray and line with apples. Melt butter and mix with all remaining ingredients. Pour over apples. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 4-6 hours. (Note: A little plain. Add allspice or ground cloves for a little zip. Also some cranberries.)
