15-minutes a day for 3-months isn't impossible but the results that you get from following this easy plan could be mind blowing. Especially good for those who are serious and want to really commit to their 2013 health & fitness resolutions--- GAME ON. (Going to have to work up to this.)

Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

I just did this :) and can say that if you push through at a good pace it pumps your heart good. I like it for days you can't GO to the gym or need a quick workout (less than 30 min easily)

3 month low impact workout. Do this in the morning before you shower and it can compliment your evening more high impact work out. :)
