      Roast Cabbage w/Lemon 1 medium cabbage 2 T olive oil 3 T lemon juice Salt & pepper to taste Lemon for garnish Preheat oven to 450F Spray pan with non-stick oil. Cut cabbage in 8 wedges Brush cabbbage with mix;salt & pepper. Turn and repeat. Roast cabbage for about 15 min til pan side is browning. Turn & roast 10-15 min more, until the cabbage is nicely browned & slightly chewy. Serve hot with lemon slices. Great side dish!!
