My Lemon Feta Dip has been the major inspiration of all my summer entertaining and party-going. EVERYONE LOVES IT!
Roasted salmon,cabbage & bacon: 6 slice bacon,cut 1" pieces;1 onion, dice;1 head cabbage,chop;1-1 1/2c water;2tsp fresh dill;1&1/2 lbs salmon filet,skin removed;4tsp olive oil;4tsp butter;S to taste.Preheat to 300. Cook bacon not crispy.Drain all but 4 TBS fat.Add onion,cook til soft.Add cabbage,water.Cook til tender & water evaporates.Meanwhile,salmon on non stick bake sheet.Drizzle w/oil.Season with S,1tsp dill.Butter on top. Cook @ 300 for 15-20 min or till done Serve with cabbage
