Sometimes we think we're hearing God speak, but we're not sure. How can we tell the difference between our thoughts and God's thoughts? Double click on the image to read the 5-minute devotion, Hungry for God: "How to Know It's God Speaking to You."
2 Chronicles 20:15 This is what the Lord says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s. 16 Tomorrow march down against them. 17 You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the Lord will be with you.’”
In this prayer it says hat "I may not understand how everything will work out, but I trust you." This is an everyday struggle for me. I want to trust the Lord but because of my human nature it is easy to want to do everything on my own. I know no matter what God has a plan for my life and is opening and closing doors through everything I go through.
