Tearful Baby Tender Love. Used to give her CPR just to hear her cry

Baby Tender Love! This was my baby! I loved loved loved her!

This was the first in a line of very popular baby dolls by Mattel (marked 1969, but first marketed in 1970) called "Baby Tender Love". As a sophomore in high school I begged for her for Christmas. She was the last baby doll I received. I've saved her all these years and she's still soft and lovable.

Baby Tender Love doll was one of my most loved, most remembered baby dolls. I still have 'her' packed away somewhere. I received 'her' when I was around 5 years old, I think.

I had an extensive paper doll collection. Mom would even give me the last season JC Penney catalog & I'd cut 'paper dolls' out of it too.

I think Loves Baby Soft was my first perfume.

1969 Baby Tender Love, talks, 15" tall?, drink wet type, a non-posable stuffed body, rooted blonde hair with pink vinyl bow on top of head, pull string talker, says; Kiss Baby, Go Bye Bye, Da - Da Daddy, Night - Night, Mama Mama and she giggles. Wore a printed cotton shift dress with white shoes.
