Black Beans and Rice Recipe~ - Farming On Faith* I used cilantro instead of parsley. It was delicious. Have you noticed we've been eating lots of black beans? We've fallen in love with them and also lost some weight while eating more beans and less bread and meat.
Black Bean Avocado!! Definitely a big win! Tweaks were: dried cilantro, bottled lime juice, yellow tomato, 1/2 as much vinegar because I'm always afraid of vinegar overpowering a dish, and I used a mixed greens salad. Served with blue corn chips. So very good!
