Summer Corn Chowder: Everyone goes crazy whenever I make this chowder! It's wonderful! Two big potatoes seemed to be too much, so I used less. And I only had a green bell pepper instead of a poblano, so I used it but added some cayenne to give it some heat.

summer corn chowder -- instead of two cups of half/half, used one cup fresh cream and one cup milk, also couldn't find chicken broth so 2 cups water plus 1 bullion cube. delicious hot; equally delicious as a chilled soup the next morning!!!
