Really good! I notched it up a bit by placing a thin slice of onion on top the first time I made it and keeping the stove top on medium heat, then the second time I made it I placed the onion inside the bread slice with a really thin pat of butter. This one came out perfect as I was aiming for a runny center and the 1st ones got too done.
I also used whole wheat bread. Very nice even for lunch.
