Sausage & Cheese Muffins 1 lb. hot ground pork sausage 1 tsp onion powder 3 cups all-purpose baking mix 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 3/4 cup buttermilk (water or milk will work too)
Cream Cheese Spaghetti casserole 12 oz spaghetti 1~28 oz jar spaghetti sauce 1 lb ground beef 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 clove garlic 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 c parmesan cheese Brown meat add sauce~Add cream cheese, Italian Seasoning & garlic to noodles-stir. Put part of meat in 9x13 pan, then noodle mix, rest of meat sauce, Parmesan on top Bake 350 for 30 min
Uses Hawaiian rolls to make ham and Swiss sliders. Made these last night (4-6-12) and loved the combination of slightly sweet rolls and savory topping! The only thing I'd change is to cook it a little more than the recipe says after you take the foil off. Just be sure the tops are lightly crispy or it's a bit soggy on top (but even then, was delish!).

Sausage & Cheese Muffins - perfect tailgating food - They were a hit at the tailgate. I took the whole batch and only had a few left over; and they reheated well for breakfast the next morning.
